Job role
Receive and review the enquiries from all Sales Executives of Al Fares International Tents.
Define and analyze the requirements from the Client’s drawings and specifications. If the scope is unclear or has missing details, send a clarification mail to the respective Sales Executive or Client. Decline the enquiry if it is out of Al Fares International Tents scope of work.
Prepare and compile a register with complete details for all enquires received, making sure no enquires are left unattended.
Calculate the required steel structure, tensile fabric, hardware, fabric accessories, coating, and foundations based on Client’s requirements and scope of work.
Prepare a cost estimate based on the calculated requirements.
Report to the Managing Director for the prepared quotations and tenders.
Compile all completed quotations in soft and hard copies to ensure traceability of documents.
Send the approved quotations/cost estimates on time to the respective Sales Executive with complete technical details and scope of work.
Discuss and review with the Managing Director for discounts.
Research for domestic / international supplier for pricing requirements.
Coordinate with the Design and Procurement Team for the required project materials.
