Job Purpose
Installs, analyzes, troubleshoots, maintains and services Rotating Equipment Air Compressor, Blower, Vacuum, Water Pump and it related Equipment (Mechanical and electrical) in the field of Saudi Eastern region.
Proactively promotes increased sales of Spare part, service repairs and other aftermarket services within assigned geographical territory and at assigned target key accounts.
Relies on Extensive Experience and Judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
The Role
Work and report closely with sales & After market manager of compressor under Zamil TS to increase sales of spare parts and aftermarket services of rotating Equipment brands and help to identify and penetrate new accounts within assigned regions.
Woks to with existing client to ensure providing correct and best service which aiming to maintain the brand name and to grasp all previous service provider customers during transition time.
Installs, analyzes, troubleshoots, maintains and service Rotating Equipment under Zamil TS and it’s related equipment, this includes Mechanical -Electrical, etc. which consist all Equipment Component.
Support all product qualification and installation, this include learn to new technology and new product.
Maintain relations between the customer and Zamil TS on field services and aftermarket sales matters.
Determines and recommend which products or services best fit customers’ need.
In conjunction with sales, identifies areas for product improvement or need for new products.
Maintains Historical log of site visits and writes trip reports and continues to follow up on activities to ensure customers' needs have been satisfied.
Ensure to collect competitor information and report service hours, activities which was highlighted by Key customer.
Assist sales channels in selling company’s product & services by providing technical expertise to prospective and established customers.
Continuous self-reading on Rotating Equipment to increase knowledge and competence on installations, start up, maintenance and related equipment.
For future, helps in developing new join Service engineers and ensure to train them.
